...I was a little concerned about some of your memories from the bartender ritual. And since you go to a magic school I thought it would be worth it to at least make sure one of your classmates didn't mess with your head as a prank.
I know. I just see it work on dramas sometimes. But that's obviously for dramatic effect.
Rather than trying to think too hard about your specific situation, you could...think about more general things. If you can tell me more about your classmates and teachers and the kinds of magic that you think could mess with someone's memories, that would be a good start.
I don't really know if anyone has a memory based magic... it would be pretty scary if so... even my family had to use an old artifact to do anything like that.
The only thing I knew about that could erase memories was the River, but it's broken now. If... anything WAS able to operate on that level it would... PROBABLY be Malleus?
Is that specifically because of his fae magic? Or is he just really strong when it comes to magic? --Ah, if there's a book in the library that details that or anything, I can also just look it up. I know it can be a lot to explain to someone who doesn't know anything.
He's the crown prince of Briar Valley, and one of the strongest living mages right now... he's also a dragon but I don't know if that like. Factors in.
Re: day 22 - night
If we put "sleep" in the chore wheel do you think he'd follow through? Maybe I can sneak it on there.

Re: day 22 - night
I'll try it tomorrow. Even if it fails, we can see what he's willing to put up with.
...This is only sort of related, but, uh, by any chance would you happen to know any powerful fae at your school that can use strong sleeping magic?

Re: day 22 - night
Malleus, huh. Do you get along with him?

I probably should've led with that.

I liked getting to see so much of your life, and it was nice of you to share it with us. The parts that felt off really stood out though.
If...you're happy even knowing something might be off...then I won't push it or anything.

But if you want to look into it, I'll help you.
