If it's rare or needs a specific kind of artifact then that's kind of better. Even if it's a pain to fix, at least we'll know it can't happen often.

The only thing I knew about that could erase memories was the River, but it's broken now. If... anything WAS able to operate on that level it would... PROBABLY be Malleus?

Is that specifically because of his fae magic? Or is he just really strong when it comes to magic? --Ah, if there's a book in the library that details that or anything, I can also just look it up. I know it can be a lot to explain to someone who doesn't know anything.

He's the crown prince of Briar Valley, and one of the strongest living mages right now... he's also a dragon but I don't know if that like. Factors in.

It's just an age requirement.

[that's right schools just do that. they just make you go to school when you're a certain age]

If you're really strong you get some exemptions, where I'm from.

Technically I didn't need to go to school either, but my parents thought it would be healthy for me. Plus-

[ plus ortho wanted to go -> wait ortho is two years younger than me -> he doesn't even go to NRC -> wait ]

Ah--I get the idea. It's good for you to be around other people your age and learn together, no matter how powerful you are.

Star Rogue...Is it SciFi? It's got that kind of title.

It's a space opera. The gameplay is a top-down shooter and it's pretty retro, but I always really liked the story...

If it's a space opera that means the story's pretty intricate, doesn't it? If it's got a good hook and fun gameplay then it's easy to get invested.

Yeah! It's really good and engaging. It's about a guy whose parents sent him away when he was a baby to keep him safe, but when danger threatens his home galaxy in the Galactic Year 1997, he learns he has a secret heritage and becomes a hero to fight off invaders from the Titan Nebula!

A classic hero's journey! Does he get to find all of his allies along the way?

He gets a bunch of friends and allies... the game is so good they made it into a movie.

There's a movie and we haven't watched it yet? There's a whole movie theater where we can watch it. I bet we could herd mentality the movie itself super easily if it's not already available.
