Yeah, I already tried writing stuff down and that happened...

If I'm helping out then I can keep track for you. It's not as effective as you being able to do it yourself, but it's something.

It's like having a programming bug but the debugger is what's bugged so you can't debug it.

And whacking the computer until it works again isn't an option.

The chances of that ever helping software are less than zero.

I know. I just see it work on dramas sometimes. But that's obviously for dramatic effect.

Rather than trying to think too hard about your specific situation, you could...think about more general things. If you can tell me more about your classmates and teachers and the kinds of magic that you think could mess with someone's memories, that would be a good start.

I don't really know if anyone has a memory based magic... it would be pretty scary if so... even my family had to use an old artifact to do anything like that.

If it's rare or needs a specific kind of artifact then that's kind of better. Even if it's a pain to fix, at least we'll know it can't happen often.

The only thing I knew about that could erase memories was the River, but it's broken now. If... anything WAS able to operate on that level it would... PROBABLY be Malleus?

Is that specifically because of his fae magic? Or is he just really strong when it comes to magic? --Ah, if there's a book in the library that details that or anything, I can also just look it up. I know it can be a lot to explain to someone who doesn't know anything.

He's the crown prince of Briar Valley, and one of the strongest living mages right now... he's also a dragon but I don't know if that like. Factors in.

--Oh, I read about Briar Valley the other day. I didn't read up too much on dragons or dragon ancestry, but I can put it on the list.
